Payments posted After 5:00 PM
- Payments made AFTER 5:00 pm WILL NOT be applied to your account until the following business day.
- If paying AFTER 5:00 pm on the 14th or the 20th day of the month BOTH PENALTIES and/or FEES WILL APPLY. (These penalties and/or fees may not be posted initially in the payment portal).
- If the TOTAL utility bill (Including All penalties and administrative fees), is not paid by 5:00 pm on the 20th day of each month, water service WILL BE DISCONNECTED.
